The present invention provides an in-mold transfer film comprising, a base film, a release film, a printed layer, and an adhesive layer which are staked in series from bottom, wherein the release layer comprises a matte surface layer. Also, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an in-mold transfer film comprising forming a release layer on the upper surface of a substrate layer; forming a printed layer on the upper surface of the release layer; and forming an adhesive layer on the upper surface of the printed layer, wherein the release layer comprises a matte surface layer. |
