<p>The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling dynamic service chaining by using tunneling. The disclosed method of controlling a dynamic service chaining includes steps of generating tunnel identification information and next hop information to set tunnels between service edge switches connected to a service device among a plurality of software-defined networking (SDN) switches providing dynamic service chaining, which vary according to switching operation; and providing a tunnel table, which corresponds to the generated tunnel identification information and the next hop information, to the SDN switches. Therefore, as a traffic, which is inputted while the tunnel is set between the service edge switches connected to the service device among SDN switches, is classified and transferred to the service devices according to a routing rule, the service chaining can be implemented and provided even when the routing rule is provided only to the service edge switches, not all SDN switches.</p> |
