PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that an advertisement content of a specific advertiser is unevenly distributed.SOLUTION: An advertisement extraction device has a calculation part, a separation part, and an extraction part. The calculation part calculates the number of submitted manuscripts which is the number of advertisement contents submitted by an advertiser for each advertiser. The separation part classifies the advertisement content for each advertiser on the basis of the number of the submitted manuscripts for each advertiser calculated by the calculation part into either of a plurality of groups separated by reference number of the submitted manuscript which is the number of the submitted manuscripts used as a predetermined reference. The extraction part extracts the advertisement content as a distribution candidate from each group classified by the separation part. |
