<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method for easily diagnosing the state of activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment and to provide an operation management method for the activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing the activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment includes diagnosing the state of the activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment through detecting a gene of a catechol-degrading enzyme included in the activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment by PCR using a DNA extracted and refined from the activated sludge for ammoniacal liquor treatment as a template, and a nucleic acid molecule comprising a specific nucleic sequence as a primer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
