<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of users by facilitating formation of a print label with a desired label image and allowing erasing of label image data stored in a memory. <P>SOLUTION: The print label forming device 1 includes: a cartridge holder 216; a carrying device 209; a print head 205; and a memory 206. One piece of label image data acquired from the outside and one QR code corresponding to the label image data are mutually associated and stored in the memory 206 as a set. Two or more sets of label image data and QR code stored in the memory 206 are selectively erased from the memory 206 for each set.
