PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a flexible wiring board and an electronic part with lead terminal, which has a high connection strength and a conduction reliability. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board 1 has: a flexible board 2 having a through-hole 2a; a connection conductor 3 covering the inside of the through-hole 2a to the periphery of the through-hole 2a; and wiring 4 that is formed on the main surface of the flexible board 2 and is connected with the connection conductor 3. In the flexible wiring board 1, the connection structure of the flexible wiring board 1 and the electronic part 5 with lead terminal is formed by inserting a lead terminal 6 into the through-hole 2a to electrically connect the lead terminal 6 to the connection conductor 3. The connection conductor 3 is not formed around the entire circumference of the through-hole 2a having partly a notch, on the inside of the through-hole 2a and the main surface of the flexible board 2 in the periphery of the through-hole 2a. A part where no connection conductor 3 is formed is deformed to extend the through-hole 2a, so that no connection conductor 3 is broken and the high conduction reliability is attained.
