According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate; a thin film transistor which includes an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, formed on the substrate; a pixel electrode which includes first to third pixel electrode layers which are successively stacked, wherein the second pixel electrode is a metal layer; an organic light emitting layer formed on the pixel electrode; and a counter electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer.
