A flow control assembly 2 comprises a mounting bracket 4 attachable to a wall of a sewer collection chamber, the mounting bracket 4 has an opening (12 figure 2) extending therethrough and a flow control module 6 detachably coupled to the mounting bracket 4. The flow control module 6 has an inlet (26) and an outlet (30 figure 5), the outlet (30 figure 5) is aligned with the opening (12 figure 2) of the mounting bracket 4. The assembly also comprises a gasket (36 figure 6) having an opening (38 figure 6) which is smaller than the outlet (30 figure 5) of the flow control module 6 and the opening (12 figure 2) of the mounting bracket 4. The gasket (36 figure 6) is disposed between the flow control module 6 and the mounting bracket 4 so as to seal the flow control module 6 against the mounting bracket 4, with the opening (38 figure 6) of the gasket (36 figure 6) aligned with the outlet (30 figure 5) of the flow control module 6 and the opening (12 figure 2) of the mounting bracket 4 to restrict flow out of the flow control module 6.
