<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange member capable of more reliably suppressing deformation or movement of a shaft hole when press-fitted into a sleeve member, a photoreceptor drum having the flange member, a process cartridge and an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A flange member 35 comprises: a press-fit part 312 which is press-fitted into a photoreceptor sleeve; a shaft hole part 314 provided with a shaft hole 313; and a connection part 315 having a stress absorption low rigidity part 316 comprising a stress absorption member 91 which absorbs stress received from the photoreceptor sleeve by the deformation when press-fitted and which suppresses the transmission of the stress to the shaft hole part 314 through the connection part 315. In the flange member 35, at least one stress absorption low rigidity part 316 is provided on an arbitrary virtual line segment 318 drawn from a position on the circumference of a virtual projecting circle 312c on which a press-fit outer peripheral surface 312f is projected in the axis direction to a virtual plane 315f, including the connection part 315, orthogonal to the axis direction to the shaft hole part 314. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
