<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry even an article easily rolling and having a fragile and collapsible surface such as a spherical shape in a stable attitude. <P>SOLUTION: This article carrying and supplying device includes a pair of belt conveyors 38 arranged in parallel along the carrying direction and a finger conveyor 20 arranged between its pair of belt conveyors. The belt conveyors are formed in a cross-sectional V shape in its carrying surface 29a by inclining inside, and the finger conveyor is formed by installing a plurality of push-sending fingers 21 and a stopper 23 in an endless chain 22, and its push-sending fingers and the stopper project upward from between the carrying surfaces. Both left-right sides of the article are supported by being sandwiched by the V-shaped carrying surface, and the relative longitudinal movement of the article is restrained by the push-sending fingers and the stopper. Thus, positional dislocation can be restrained. Since a moving speed of the belt conveyor and the finger conveyor is set equal to each other, a surface of the article does not collapse by rubbing on the carrying surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
