<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roll for an electrophotographic apparatus, where the dimensional change in outside-diameter thereof due to an environmental change is reduced, stress on toner is reduced over a long period, fogging or the like is suppressed, thereby high image quality is maintained, and having excellent settling resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roll 10 is constituted by forming a silicone rubber layer 14 on the outer periphery of a conductive shaft 12, and forming a coating layer 16 on the outer periphery of the silicone rubber layer 14, and the surface of the coating layer 16 is impregnated with isocyanate, melamine etc. The coating layer 16 is formed of a material containing thermoplastic urethane polymer and thermosetting urethane polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
