An offshore propulsion apparatus comprises: a body which includes a space therein; an elevating unit which is installed in the space inside the body, and elevates the body by flowing in and out seawater; a pair of side wings which is combined with a horizontal axis at both sides of the body in order to rotate; and a control unit which is connected with the pair of side wings, in order to selectively rotate the pair of side wings to the front side or to rotate the pair of side wings to the front side with downward inclination according to the elevating state of the body. Therefore, the offshore propulsion apparatus can remove noise or vibration of an engine during underwater movement, can avoid generating exhaust fumes, can provide excellent energy efficiency by moving with a small amount of energy, and can be environmentally friendly. |
