PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control power supply which is stable even when an emergency DC power supply is input, and the components of which can be used in common with a unit type other than the independent power supply type by a simple circuit.SOLUTION: A control power supply auxiliary circuit 6 supplies a current from a secondary winding output circuit 11 to a ternary winding output circuit 12 when the voltage output of the ternary winding output circuit 12 drops. Even when the power supply voltage goes below a predetermined voltage and the control power supply is insufficient, a current can be supplied from the output side of the secondary winding to the output side of the ternary winding by the function of the control power supply auxiliary circuit 6. Since lack of the input voltage to a control power supply generation circuit 5 can be compensated for, the control power supply can be ensured stably. |
