<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device and the like that are capable of obtaining an amount of information, accuracy, and visibility through a simple operation when objects having an overlapping in object arrangement data are displayed. <P>SOLUTION: Objects are arranged in chronological order of registration such that the objects are stacked on a map. Then, margins are set in a depth direction and in a horizontal direction of a screen for the arranged object, and a lowest altitude which does not touch the margins of other objects is allocated. When a user scrolls the map displayed on the screen, a movement distance of an object is calculated based on the amount of screen scroll and altitude information for the object, and a display position of the object is changed based on the calculated movement distance.
