PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary member with needles which can be accurately and easily mounted and easily replaced. SOLUTION: The rotary member with piercing needles includes a body consisting of a plurality of laminated plate-like members 3, and plenty of needles 4 secured to the body in a way that needle tips project from a peripheral surface thereof. The plate-like members 3 have a recessed part 31 on one surface and a projecting part 32 on the other surface. A plurality of needle through-holes 34 or grooves are radially formed around the recessed part 31. The needles 4 have a stepped part 45 on a rear end side of a longitudinal direction thereof. The needles 4 are inserted into the needle through-holes 34 or the grooves in the plate-like member 3, and the projecting part 32 of other plate-like member is inserted into the recessed part 31 of the plate-like member to laminate the plurality of plate-like members 3, 3, ... thereby securing arrangement positions of the needles 4 inserted into the needle through-holes or the grooves.
