PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head cutting jig capable of cutting a pile head to a required height without affecting the support force of the natural ground of a pile peripheral part without digging the pile peripheral part, a pile peripheral ground digging jig, and a pile head cutting method using the pile head cutting jig. SOLUTION: The pile head cutting jig includes: a body part 3 to be mounted on a pile head; a cutting cap 2 attached so as to be freely opened and closed with the body part 3 as a fulcrum and comprising at least two blade parts 4 having a cutting blade 5 for cutting the pile in the closing direction side of a distal end part; and a tightening cap 10 provided with a pawl part 11 to be engaged with a slit 7 between the blade parts 4 of the cutting cap 2 on the inner peripheral surface side. By attaching the tightening cap 10 to the cutting cap 2, the blade parts 4 are tightened in a closing direction. Also, the pawl part 11 of the tightening cap 10 is engaged with the slit 7 between the blade parts 4 of the cutting cap 2, and the cutting cap 2 and the tightening cap 10 are integrated.
