PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a bolt fastening work by reducing portions where a shield bracket is fastened to a case on an apparatus side by bolts. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure for a shield connector 10 mounted to a case C on an apparatus side, the shield connector 10 comprises a terminal metal fitting 20, a housing 30, and a shield bracket 40. A connector fitting part 42 to which the housing 30 is internally fitted is opened on the shield bracket 40. A mounting hole C1 is formed on the case C, and a case fitting part 45 fitted into the mounting hole C1 is installed in the shield bracket 40. A shaft seal part 61 is fitted to the outer periphery of the case fitting part 45. With the shaft seal part 61 coming into close contact with both of the outer periphery of the case fitting part 45 and the inner periphery of the mounting hole C1, the shield bracket 40 is fastened by bolts to the case C at two portions.
