PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition suitable for medicinal appliances to be radiation sterilized, which does not bring about conspicuous yellowing of a molded piece even irradiated with ionization radiation for sterilization, identification of liquid level and color of contents such as chemical liquid or blood in a medical parts is easy, and deterioration of mechanical strength is small. SOLUTION: This composition contains a combination of 0.0012-0.005 pt.wt. of a blue-to-purple-based colorant (B) based on 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A). When a molded piece with 3 mm thickness injection-molded from the composition at a resin temperature 270°C and mold temperature 80°C is irradiated by 25 kGy withγ-ray of cobalt 60 as ionization radiation, and the color tone of the molded piece is measured on seventh day after irradiation, the color tone is 2 or less by b value, and 80 or more by L value in the Hunter Lab method.
