<p>The present invention relates to a device for processing a pork cutlet, wherein the device comprises: a base plate; a housing which is fixed at an interval from the top surface of the base plate; a pneumatic cylinder which is installed in the housing and has an operating rod that is upwardly and downwardly extruded and retracted; a head coupled with the operating rod; a guide block fixed to the base plate at the bottom of the head; a moving frame which can move along both side surfaces of the guide block while being inserted in the guide block; a slider settled on the moving frame and assembled to move in a direction vertically crossing a direction in which the moving frame moves; and a tray settled on the slider and having meat to be sliced or sliced meat to be covered with breadcrumbs put thereon. The device for processing a pork cutlet according to the present invention can slice meat to be thin and even. Also, a high quality port cutlet having improved adhesion with covered breadcrumbs can be produced in one device, so that convenience of use is improved. The device has a simple structure, so that device production and installation costs are cheap. Even a beginner can easily and conveniently use the device.</p> |
