The present invention relates to a catalyst module transfer apparatus to damp a vibration and conveniently replacing a catalyst for an SCR reactor and, more specifically, to a catalyst module transfer apparatus to damp a vibration and conveniently replace a catalyst for the SCR reactor wherein a plurality of SCR catalyst layers consisting of an SCR catalyst module (100) formed by mounting a plurality of SCR catalysts (110) on a module frame (200), and a stacked module housing accommodating the SCR catalyst module (100). According to the present invention, the catalyst module transfer apparatus to damp a vibration and conveniently replacing a catalyst for an SCR reactor comprises: a transferring means (300) to transfer the SCR catalyst module (100) on the lower end of the module frame (200); a vibration damping means (400) to damp vibrations of the SCR catalyst module (100); and a connecting part (600) formed on one side of the module frame (200).
