摘要 <p>The present invention is related to the inventions referred to vacuum chambers for melting semiconducting samples using electric energy of high voltage for achieving high temperatures in hours or days, by locating the samples over incandescent filaments or lamps. Other systems use pulsed lasers that cause thermal effects over the semiconducting material, also using high-voltage transformers. Other chambers use high-voltage arcs for melting semiconducting samples. Some chambers use gas mixtures for originating a coating over the semiconducting flakes widely used in photovoltaic cells that are baked at different temperatures. The voltage source used by these devices is expensive, due to the electricity consumption, and the insertion of transformers. The present invention provides as a solution the use of solar radiation as an energy source for melting semiconducting powder. The high temperatures are reached in seconds in this chamber, the exposition times being controlled by a microcont roller connected to a stepper engine. The solar chamber is adjusted to an equatorial mechanism that allows the same to be tilted in different angles in any season of the year under clear weather conditions. The present invention is also a device for performing studies of changes in the crystalline structures of semiconductors immersed at high temperatures and at very short times.</p>
