<p>The present invention is related to the areas of bioremediation, microbiology and environmental sciences. The invention refers to a system that comprises the bioremediation by means of a microbial mixture, which has specific genetic characteristics that start the conversion of the wastewater matter into environmentally harmless products, also removing malodors caused by the matter of the residual bio solids. In addition, the invention is applied in the bioremediation of agricultural soils degraded by chemical and pathogen pollutants. The invention also refers to methods for preparing the bioremediation compound. The invention may be used but not being limited to : a composition of the microbial mixture characterized in that it has DNA banding patterns in about 3189 base pairs and about 1737 base pairs, and also has DNA banding patterns in about 991 base pairs, and about 676 base pairs. The composition comprises the mixture characterized in that it has about 23% of the relative ratio of M/E equal to 264 and 38% with regard to a ratio equal to 414. The composition of the microbial mixture comprises a prokaryote, yeast or a mixture of the same. A bioremediation compound produced by a process that comprises the steps pf preparing a predetermined volume of a culture medium that has (i) water with less than 2 ppm of chlorine, (ii) a pH ranging from approximately 6.0 to approximately 9.0, (iii) a nutrient source with about 30% of nitrogen, approximately 10% of phosphate, and nearly 10% of potassium, which also comprises the addition of elements selected from iron, boron, manganese, zinc, molybdenum, copper or combinations thereof. (iv) an enzyme for digesting carbohydrates, a protein, a lipid or a surfactant agent. (v) a yeast cell, which is a Saccharomyces, where the starter culture bacteria comprise at least a cell of an anaerobic bacterium, which is a Bacillus SP.; Each of the figures and examples are provided only for illustration and description purposes and do not pretend to be a definition of the limits of the present invention.</p> |
