<p>The present invention relates to a speed limiting device at the time of not wearing a seat belt. It is an object of the present invention to provide a speed control method which prevents that a vehicle exceeds a speed limit and compels a driver to wear the seat belt under a state where the driver does not wear the seat belt, and which allows driving to the speed limit even though the driver does not wear the seat belt when the vehicle is parking, thereby providing the driver′s convenience. The speed limiting device at the time of not wearing the seat belt according to the present invention has the following effects. (1) The present invention compels the driver to wear the seat belt while the vehicle runs on a road because it prevents that the vehicle exceeds the speed limit when the driver does not wear the seat belt. (2) The present invention allows driving to the speed limit even though the driver does not wear the seat belt when the vehicle is parking, thereby providing the driver′s convenience.</p> |
