<p>The present invention relates to a resin composition having expansion force by fire, and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a resin composition having expansion force by fire, and a method for preparing the same, the composition being characterized in that: it can substantially block fire, exhaust, and toxic gas from adjacent walls in the case of fire outbreak because the composition can be used without an additional forming agent so that formation is achieved when a small amount is used; and more preferably, play a role in protecting an expected damaged place by sealing holes of walls with at least one cable, pipe, duct in a sealed type to seal holes to prevent heat transfer, wherein the composition is a material simultaneously exhibiting an expansion effect and flame retardant effect which is formed by: putting water and pentaerythritol in a tank T of a water bath reactor and boiling; adding ammonium polyphosphate (APP) when pentaerythritol is completely dissolved in water, and boiling for aging; homogeneously dropping a separately prepared raw material, in which a melamine resin and ammonium chloride powder are mixed, to the tank T, double-boiling, and string in a boiled state; aging, when reaction occurs, to form an APP-pentaerythritol polymer in a cured state.</p> |
