Provided are an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program which are aimed at existing organizations having members (users) and enable easy participation of the users by improving user friendliness. Together with a search request including a search keyword (44) inputted to a search input field (31) in a toolbar (30) displayed on the screen of a terminal (21), toolbar recognition information (42) associated with and assigned to each organization and member specification information (43) specifying members are received (S6), member search requests of each of the members are summed by recognizing the members on the basis of the member specification information and acquiring the history of search re-quests from each of the members, and organization search requests from the organization are summed by summing the member search requests on the basis of the toolbar recognition information (S10), and a total member point (33) that can be shared among the members is updated on the basis of the summed organization search requests (S33, S34), and information regarding to the total member point is transmitted to the terminal (S15). |
