The present invention is related to an indicator of a power line made of a plastic material to indicate the embedding position and direction of the power line or a pipe conduit to be embedded underground. The indicator of an underground power line is light and can be easily manufactured and installed by being made of a plastic material with high durability to be compared with a conventional metallic material. It is possible to significantly reduce manufacturing costs and logistic expenses.
