1. A method for producing oxide compounds as a coating composition, comprising:
a) thermolytic decomposition of at least one compound of the general formula El(OR)nH2, wherein El denotes Al, Ga, In or Tl, and R represents an aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon radical, and n has the value 1 or 2; at a temperature of more than 450° C. at a pressure of between 10−4 mbar and 10−1 mbar on a surface with the formation of an element/element oxide composite structure comprising an element and the corresponding element oxide; and b) conversion of the element/element oxide composite structure into the substantially complete corresponding element oxide by local heating by a laser. |
