摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for setting a gradient tolerance range in a light emitting diode module lens. According to the present invention, a light emitting body includes an LED and lens of a light emitting diode module that is an optical axis measurement target is imaged while the gradient of the lens is changed and the imaged result is used to set an error rage of the lens gradient. The present invention includes a step in which the lens is arranged at an angle in an upper portion of the LED; a step in which power is applied to the LED; a step in which the light-diffused light emitting body is imaged to output an imaged result; a step in which the position of the LED and the center of the lens are obtained on the imaged result to measure the optical axis error of the light emitting body; a step in which the optical axis error and the lens gradient are recorded; a step in which the lens is rearranged with a different gradient and then the imaged result output step, the optical axis error measurement step, and the recording step are repeated; a step in which a defect determination is performed with respect to the recorded optical axis error; and a step in which the error range of the lens gradient is set in accordance with the defect determination. According to the present invention, the LED module including the lens is imaged in a state where the light emitting body emits light and then the imaged result is used to measure the optical axis error depending on the lens gradient and then the lens gradient range within a range corresponding to the performance range of the light emitting body can be set.</p>
