1. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a reception unit configured to receive attribute information of a document designated by a user of a terminal apparatus and information concerning an image forming apparatus designated by the user of the terminal apparatus; a selection unit configured to select a connection scheme, from a plurality of connection schemes between the designated image forming apparatus and the terminal apparatus, that allows the image forming apparatus to process the designated document, based on the attribute information of the document received by the reception unit; and a transmission unit configured to transmit the connection scheme selected by the selection unit to the terminal apparatus.
