PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute proper charging completion time, and to indicate that in a display portion.SOLUTION: A quick charging system 100 includes: a scheduled time computing portion 22 for computing a charging completion scheduled time which a secondary battery 30 requires for charging by predetermined amount, on the basis of an output possible current value of a quick charger 50 and the state information of the secondary battery 30 when starting the charging; an actual time countdown value calculating portion 24 for calculating a charging completion standard time based on actual time by subtracting lapsed time since starting the charging from the charging completion scheduled time; an SOC countdown value calculating portion 26 for calculating the charging completion standard time by subtracting SOC count time calculated on the bases of increase of SOC of the secondary battery since starting the charging from the charging completion scheduled time; a determining portion 28 for comparing the charging completion standard time of the actual time countdown value calculating portion 24 and the SOC countdown value calculating portion 26, and deciding the larger value as the charging completion standard time of the secondary battery; and a display portion 52 for indicating a determination result of the determining portion as the charging completion standard time of the secondary battery. |
