PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device configured to prevent increase in load to be applied to a driver motor of a waster toner conveyance screw, to prevent increase in current consumption for power-saving, and to efficiently remove waste toner near a toner image carrier, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer belt cleaning device (65) includes: a cleaning blade (651) for removing residual toner on an intermediate transfer belt (61); and a waste toner conveyance screw (652) for conveying the removed toner. Between the cleaning blade (651) and the waste toner conveyance screw (652), a vibration body (654) is provided which includes a plurality of blade parts (654a) vibrating partially in contact with the waste toner conveyance screw (652) along with the motion thereof. The blade part (654a) includes a projection (654a1) which protrudes toward the intermediate transfer belt (61) and is arranged close to it. |
