PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting lamp which secures a space required for the operation of a pressure valve of an electrolytic capacitor and cools the electrolytic capacitor, and to provide a lighting device and a manufacturing method of the lighting lamp.SOLUTION: A lighting lamp 1 includes: a light source 3; a lighting circuit unit 11 which has a circuit board 12 and an electrolytic capacitor 13 mounted on the circuit board 12 and including a pressure valve 13a and drives the light source 3; a cylindrical housing 5 in which the lighting circuit unit 11 is installed; a filler member 7 which covers at least a part of the lighting circuit unit 11, fills the interior of the housing 5 so that the pressure valve 13a is exposed, and radiates heat generated by the lighting circuit unit 11 to the housing 5; and a heat conduction member 8 which is connected with the electrolytic capacitor 13 and the housing 5 and radiates heat generated by the electrolytic capacitor 13 to the housing 5. |
