PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of suitably suppressing fuel economy deterioration by limiting execution of an intermittent operation travel mode.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device causes a generator to be operated by an internal combustion engine, and is capable of executing an intermittent operation of the generator. The vehicle control device includes a power storage means and a control means. The power storage means is capable of supplying power to the generator and is chargeable by regenerative electric power of the generator. The control means discontinues an intermittent operation travel mode when a vehicle speed is a predetermined speed or less and the amount of state corresponding to a storage state of the power storage means is a predetermined value or less. |
