PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coconut milk-containing food and drink products, with the taste and odor inherent to coconut milk being restricted, and with the fat content being emulsified without separation, having a smooth texture for easy eating and drinking.SOLUTION: Soybean milk is added to coconut milk, to which lactic acid bacterium and yeast are added. The mixture is then fermented to form into the coconut milk-containing food and drink products. |
