<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and an information processing program for evaluating a traffic service level.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: optimum route group acquisition means acquiring an optimum route group composed of a plurality of optimum routes from a departure place to a destination in lieu of one or a plurality of route conditions, the plurality of optimum routes being results of search while changing departure time on the basis of a timetable of a nearest station to the departure place or changing arrival time on the basis of a timetable of a nearest station to the destination, the plurality of optimum routes differing in the departure time or the arrival time from one another; evaluation means evaluating a traffic service level from the departure place to the destination on the basis of the optimum route groups; and output means outputting an evaluation result of the traffic service level.</p> |
