<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quartz device in which a crystal element can output an oscillation frequency stably, by reducing conduction failure of a conductive adhesive and an electrode pad.SOLUTION: A quartz device includes a substrate 110a, a first frame 110b, a second frame 110c, a first electrode pad 111 provided on the exposed upper surface of the first frame 110b, a second electrode pad 112 connected electrically with the first electrode pad 111, and provided on the inner side face of the first frame 110b, a crystal element 120 mounted on the upper surface of the first frame 110b via a conductive adhesive 140 in a region surrounded by the second frame 110c, and a lid 130 provided on the second frame 110c and hermetically sealing the crystal element 120. The conductive adhesive 140 is provided from the upper surface of the first electrode pad 111 across the second electrode pad 112.</p> |
