PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a subscriber when changing setting information of telephone supplementary service.SOLUTION: Necessity of personal identification is determined on the basis of accepted change content (change content itself or change items) and a telephone use status of a subscriber, the personal identification is performed through a telephone terminal of the subscriber only when the personal identification is necessary.
