PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus which can reduce errors in adjusting time phases of generated image data.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an ultrasonic probe; an electrocardiograph; an ultrasonic image generation part; an ECG image generation part; a first temporal part; a second temporal part; a reference signal part; a calculation part; a storage part; and a display control part. The reference signal part simultaneously outputs a first reference signal to the ultrasonic probe and a second reference signal to the electrocardiograph. The calculation part calculates first difference which corresponds to difference between a first reference time indicated in first temporal information added to the ultrasonic image data generated on the basis of the first reference signal and a second reference time indicated in second temporal information added to ECG image data generated on the basis of the second reference signal. The display control part displays an ultrasonic image where the time shown in the first temporal information and the time shown in third temporal information are closest, and an ECG image on a display part.
