PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warp knitted fabric having a distinct stereoscopic knitting design (stitch pattern), and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The warp knitted fabric of the present invention includes chain knitting yarns (GB1, GB6), warp insertion yarns (GB2, GB5), and jacquard yarns (GB3, GB4), where the chain knitting yarns (GB1, GB6) are knitted to form a ground texture by chain knitting, the jacquard yarns (GB3, GB4) are knitted to form a jacquard texture, and the warp insertion yarns (GB2, GB5) mostly appear on the surface without being knitted in the texture, have a part not appearing on the surface by being partly knitted into the knitted fabric, and the warp insertion yarns appearing on the surface form a pattern. At least 6 reeds including jacquard reeds are used to knit the warp knitted fabric. The chain knitting yarns are arranged on the reeds having reed No. 1 and 6 to knit to form the ground texture by chain knitting. The warp insertion yarns are arranged on the reeds having reed No. 2 and 5 to knit to form the pattern. The jacquard yarns run through the jacquard reeds are arranged on the reeds having reed No. 3 and 4 to knit to form the jacquard texture. |
