PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional and vibration-proof decorative plate for game machines having a high visual effect by inserting a boss (projection) formed on a back of a decorative body to weld and join the boss to a board, and by forming the decorative body and the board in one piece.SOLUTION: A decorative plate for game machines consists of a board 20, a decorative body 30, a back boss 32, and a heating (pressure) pin 42 as a tool. A plurality of bosses (projections) having an elongated truncated cone shape are erected on the back of the decorative body, a plurality of small holes are bored in a pertinent place on the board corresponding to a position in that the bosses are erected, the bosses are fitted into the small holes, and then projection tip parts of the bosses on the back of the decorative body are dissolved by a heating (pressure) pin to form a nearly semispherical reservoir, and the decorative body is firmly fixed onto the board. |
