PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solar battery module having a high power generation efficiency in a range of a visible light region to a near infrared region; and a film proper to such solar battery module.SOLUTION: A film comprises: convex portions formed on a surface thereof at intervals of an average of 400 nm or shorter; and a metal layer covering the convex portions. The film has a surface resistance of 1×10&OHgr; cm or larger, and a total light transmittance of 70% or larger. A solar battery module comprises the film, and a solar battery cell. In the solar battery module, the convex portions are arranged to be in contact with a surface of the solar battery cell. |
