PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device for allowing various units inside an image formation device body to be extracted, and capable of securing a work space easily, even when an open area extending from the front wall to the top wall of the image formation device body is subjected to restraint.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a front cover 9 as a cover body constituting at least part of a vertical face wall of a printer body 2 and constituting at least part of a paper ejection tray 8 on a top face wall of the printer body 2, and a rotary shaft 10 for supporting the front cover 9 so as to be able to rotate using its near-lower-end portion on the vertical face wall side as a fulcrum of rotation, and has a sub-cover 11 which, due to that the front cover 9 is rotated, leaves a range extending from at least part of the vertical face wall of the printer body 2 to at least part of the paper ejection tray 8 of the printer body 2 open, and which enables at least part of the paper ejection tray 8 of the front cover 9 to be opened/closed. |
