Disclosed are a wire withdrawing device and a gondola including the same. The wire withdrawing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a shaft part which is rotated around a longitudinal shaft; a pair of withdrawing parts which are rotated together with the shaft part and are coupled to the shaft part so that a wire can be wound; and a gear part which is coupled to one end of the shaft part to transfer rotation force to the shaft part.
