<p>The present invention relates to a heat radiating sheet to emit heat from an electronic device. The heat radiating sheet includes a metal layer for absorbing heat generated from the electronic device; and a metal synthetic resin layer which charges metal powder in the synthetic resin, is hardened by high temperature and high pressure, and emits heat conducted from the metal layer to multiple directions. The present invention is able to implement thinning and weight lightening of the electronic device by manufacturing a thin and light heat radiating sheet.</p> |
