PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve degradation in visibility due to clumsiness on a screen during scrolling in an electronic device including a touch panel.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: a touch panel; and a controller 16 controlling a screen displayed on a display unit 21 to be scrolled in response to a drag operation on a display surface if the screen is a scrollable screen. The controller 16 includes: a touch operation information processing unit 41 acquiring coordinates of touch positions on the basis of a detection result of a touch sensor 22; a scroll speed determination unit 42 determining a scroll speed on the basis of coordinates of a touch position at a time of start of touch and those of a touch position after passage of first time (T1) since the start of the touch; and a scroll processing unit 43 scrolling the screen at the scroll speed determined by the scroll speed determination unit 42. |
