PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact power conversion device.SOLUTION: An inverter device 1 includes: a base board 10 and a control board 20 arranged opposite to each other at a predetermined interval; a plurality of power elements 30 arranged between the base board 10 and the control board 20; and conductive pressure contact electrodes 80. The power elements 30 each have a pair of main surfaces 30a, 30b opposite to the base board 10 and the control board 20, respectively, and a pair of electrodes formed on the main surfaces 30a, 30b, respectively. The pressure contact electrodes 80 are resiliently placed in contact with the electrodes of the power elements 30 and a wiring pattern 13 of the base board 10 and/or wiring of the control board 20 to electrically connect the electrodes of the power elements 30 and the wiring of the base board 10 and/or the wiring of the control board 20. |
