PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server, a learning level calculation method, and a program capable of more accurately calculating a learning degree of an operator.SOLUTION: A server comprises: a processing time acquisition unit acquiring operator's document entry processing time; an unprocessed document count acquisition unit acquiring the number of unprocessed documents; a storage unit storing therein the entry processing time acquired by the processing time acquisition unit, the number of unprocessed documents acquired by the unprocessed document count acquisition unit, and identification information on an operator while making the entry processing time, the number of unprocessed documents, and the identification information correspond to one another; and a calculation unit calculating a learning level of the operator on the basis of the entry processing time and the number of unprocessed documents stored in the storage unit while being made to correspond to the identification information. |
