PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress distortion deformation of a photoreceptor drum due to contact pressure of a contact member, not by economically disadvantageous alteration of the photoreceptor drum itself but by using a flange member having a strong structure against deformation.SOLUTION: The flange member is to be press-fitted to the open end of a cylindrical substrate in which at least one end is open. The flange member has a fitting part (first fitting part) to the cylindrical substrate end and has a through-hole formed at the center along the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate of the flange member; and is provided with a penetration shaft to be inserted into the through-hole. A fitting part (second fitting part) between the penetration shaft and the flange member is present inside the cylindrical substrate end with respect to the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate, as well as the second fitting part includes a region that is in common with the first fitting part with respect to the axial direction of the cylindrical substrate.
