PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-capturing device capable of calculating a shading correction coefficient by a small amount of arithmetic operation without performing correlation arithmetic operation in advance.SOLUTION: The image-capturing device comprises: an image-capturing element, composed of two-dimensionally arranged pixels, having a first photoelectric conversion unit for receiving light having passed through a first pupil area of an image-capturing lens and a second photoelectric conversion unit for receiving light having passed through a second pupil area of the image-capturing lens not overlapping the first pupil area; an acquisition unit for subjecting the pixels exposed to light while shifting the position of a focusing lens provided in the image-capturing lens along the optical axis and acquiring an amount of image deviation on an image-capturing surface of signals of the same subject obtained from the pixels in accordance with the position of the focusing lens; a detection unit for detecting a level ratio of the signals of the same subject obtained from the pixels in accordance with the position of the focusing lens; and a calculating unit for calculating a shading correction coefficient on the basis of the amount of image deviation on the image-capturing surface of the signals of the same subject and the level ratio of the signals of the same subject. |
