PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slice method in which a pair of meat slicers are used and sliced meat pieces cut from the respective slicers are sent to a single conveyor in order and in an aligned state so as to be arranged in a single row.SOLUTION: The pair of slicers for slicing meat are used, and meat pieces are sliced by the respective slicers and are partitioned for every desired slice number, and then are discharged periodically and the sliced meat pieces are received and sent to a single conveyor so as to be arranged in a single row, in the slice method. The respective slicers discharge the sliced meat pieces alternatively by deviation of discharge of the meat pieces by a half period. |
